Roads need special attention in Uttarakhand, say Jay Singh Rawat

From strategic point of view roads in border state Uttarakhand needs special attention. Thousands of pilgrims of Chardhams are usaually stranded every year and hundreds of people loose their lives in accidents that took place in these roads. Strategically very sensitive roads near China border are mostly blocked for months.
